When do I need to let you know the final head count?

Please call us 4 days prior to your party with the final head count. This will allow us enough time to ensure enough cake, adequate table size and number of hosts. We also recommend bringing a list of the expected guests for your host on the day of your party. Please note: there is a 10 child minimum for all parties* If one of your guests requires a handicap accessible room, please inform us upon booking your party.

How and when is the balance paid for?

Balance may be paid after the party children have eaten with approximately a 1/2 hour left in party, and may be settled with CASH or CREDIT CARD ONLY (Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX). Sorry, no personal checks will be accepted. A 10% gratuity will be added on to your final bill, if on the day of the party you are dissatisfied with your service you can ask to speak with a Party Manager about the specific issues you experienced.

Does the package include invitations?

Yes, once a deposit is left we will give/mail you the appropriate number of invitations based of the number of guests you plan on inviting. We provide a maximum of 30 invitations for FREE. The cost for additional invitation is $.25 per invite. This charge will be taken off the bill if you should have 30 or more guests on the day of your party or return the invitations unused.

How long is my party?

Party times vary depending on the package. (Foam Frenzy=1 1/2 hrs, Craft, 4D Blast, Lazer Runner, Critter Creations & Supreme= 2 hrs, Deluxe & Grand Prix= 2 1/2 hrs & Ultimate=3 hrs); (unlimited activities included in the party are for the party time period only). The party table and the host are yours for the first 1 1/2 hours of the party. Please note: the table is for the party children. We will try to accommodate adults, but it may not be possible due to the number of other parties occurring. Private rooms are available for an additional charge.

When should we arrive for the party?

15 minutes prior to the party start time. Please note: The party will still start at the scheduled time; we ask that you arrive early to ensure all scheduled activities run on time.

Can I bring in any food?

Sorry, the only outside food we allow is a special cake, Kosher or special dietary foods as long as prior arrangements have been made with the Party Office. We have provided a discounted extra food menu, including chips & snacks, should you wish to order anything additional, you may add these items on the day of your party.

What are the height and age restrictions for the attractions?

Jr. Bumper cars-36" to reach the pedal; Bumper Cars- 50" to reach the pedal (driver) 42" to be a passenger; Lazer Runner ages 7+; Go-Karts-54" minimum height (NJ Law); Foam Frenzy ages 4-12; Free Fall 42" alone or 38" if accompanied by an adult, XD Theater 42" tall.

What is the order of my party?

The order of the party varies depending on the package & activities selected. In general, for the first 30-45 minutes the kids play with the unlimited activities. If your party has a scheduled attraction, that will begin 30 minutes into the party. Approximately 45 minutes into the party we will serve the children their meal. At this point we ask that you settle the bill prior to the children returning downstairs. Once they are finished eating, they will receive their game tokens and will continue to use their unlimited attraction for the duration of the party.
