Party Guidelines and Policies

• We book parties Monday-Sunday
• Monday-Friday we start at 4:00pm and book every
  15 minutes up till 6:00pm
• Saturday-Sunday we start at 10:00am and book every
  15 minutes up till 6:00pm
• We recommend booking a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.
• Due to events having been scheduled in advance, times cannot be changed on the day of your party. Please be prompt.
• Due to unforeseen circumstances or delays we may reserve the right to change or substitute the scheduled order of events.
• A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. Cash or credit cards only.
• An additional $25 deposit is required for Ultimate Parties and private room rentals.
• Personal checks will NOT be accepted for final payment.
• Arrive 15 minutes before guests.
• Party table and hosts are yours for first 1 1/2 hours of the party.
• A 10% gratuity will be added to your final bill.
• Seating is for the children. We will try to accommodate the adults, but no guarantees!
• Confirmations must be made 4 days in advance to guarantee the correct number of hosts, cakes and tables.
• Other than a special cake, no outside food or beverages are permitted.
• An additional discounted food menu is available on the day of your party.
• If a wheelchair-accessible room is required, please inform us upon making your reservation.
• Host is responsible for organizing the structure of the party, NOT for chaperoning the children.
• Cancellation Policy: 2+ weeks’ notice we will refund your deposit. If less than 2 weeks’ notice, refund will be in the form of a Funplex Gift Card. Please note: If a specialized cake was ordered the cost will be deducted from the Gift Card.
• Room rentals cancelled within 2 weeks of your party are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
